Why “Nexus”

A nexus is a connection, and that’s the whole idea. Your Connection to Superior Plumbing Services isn’t just a slogan on the letterhead; it’s the pitch: one direct line to a licensed plumber, without a call center, a dispatcher, or a salesperson in between.

How the company started

Nexus Plumbing was founded after its owner spent over seven years in the trade, working residential and commercial plumbing across the area. Going independent was about two things: serving the community more directly, and building something for his family. That’s still the shape of the company: small on purpose, so the person quoting your job is the person doing it.

What that means for you

• Straight answers. If a repair is worth doing, we’ll do it. If it’s throwing money at a unit that’s done, we’ll say so, and show you why.
• Licensed, bonded, insured. Oregon CCB #255862, verifiable anytime at the state’s contractor search.
• Specialty depth. Certified backflow testing is work many plumbing shops can’t perform. It requires its own tester certification, and it’s one of the two services we’re best known for, alongside water heaters.
• Both sides of the trade. Years of commercial and residential work means your job gets the same standards whether it’s a hall bathroom or a business’s water service.
