What we collect

If you submit our contact form, call, text, or email us, we receive the information you choose to provide: typically your name, phone number, email address, service address, and a description of the work you need. Our website host also automatically records standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) as part of operating the site.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, schedule and perform work, send estimates and invoices, and keep the business records that contractors are required to keep. That’s it. We do not sell or rent your information, and we don’t use it for third-party advertising.

Third-party services

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means Google receives standard technical data (such as your IP address) when the page loads. If our contact form is delivered by a form or email service, your submission passes through that provider in order to reach us. We do not run third-party ad trackers on this site.

How long we keep it

We keep customer and job records as long as needed for warranty, tax, licensing, and legal purposes, then dispose of them. If you’d like us to delete your contact information, email patjun@plumbnexus.com and we will, except where the law requires us to retain records.

Your choices

You can contact us by phone instead of the form if you prefer, ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We’ll respond within a reasonable time.

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date above.
